  • Other locations: 5–7 days

  • If unsuccessful, the order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information
  • Re-shipping charges may apply for failed deliveries

9. Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery if visibly tampered
  • Or record an unboxing video as proof
