Refund policy

At Alpha Fang, we are committed to delivering premium streetwear and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return, exchange, or refund under the terms below.


1. Return Eligibility

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • You provide a valid order ID or proof of purchase
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

2. Free Return Policy

We offer free returns for all eligible orders.
Our team will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Innerwear / undergarments
  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance (if applicable)
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your Order ID and reason for return
  3. Our team will verify your request and schedule a free pickup

5. Refund Policy

For Prepaid Orders:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Timeline: 5–7 business days after quality check

For COD Orders:

  • Refund will be issued via:
    • Bank transfer (UPI/Account) OR
    • Store credit (if you prefer)

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or product changes
  • Subject to product availability
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided

7. Damaged / Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos as proof
  • We will arrange priority replacement or full refund

8. Refund Approval

  • Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, your refund will be approved
  • If the product does not meet return conditions, it may be sent back to you

9. Late or Missing Refunds
